All equipment and assets used by VR fun , are ISO-certified. All onside operators are fully trained and certified by QC-HSE professionals. All sites are equipped with correct fire extinguisher and provision equipment.

Safety and Quality

The following measures are fully implemented at each Fun VR

  • All VR simulators are equipped with safety belts
  • The VR content are age-appropriate and operators will assign simulators as per age
  • Children are supervised by expert operators while using the VR simulator.
  • Time limits: Children have time limits set for using the VR simulator to prevent eye strain and fatigue.
  • Maximum of two sessions is allowed within hour for each child to use the simulator.
  • Hygiene: The VR headset and controllers are cleaned regularly to prevent the spread of germs.
  • Health warnings: Children / parents are informed of the potential risks associated with VR use, such as motion sickness, and be advised to stop using the simulator if they experience any symptoms.
  • Emergency response: The adult supervising the children informed of emergency procedures in case of an accident or injury.
