Historically the biggest barriers to VR becoming mainstream were the lack of quality content, and poor user experience from heavy, uncomfortable VR headsets. This is now a thing of the past with today’s customers increasingly gaining access to sleeker, more immersive VR experiences.  With more than 171m people actively using VR technology – it is no longer solely for early adopters, nor a thing of the future.  The combined Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality markets were worth $20.5 billion in 2021, with a massive annual growth rate of 60%. That rate is only set to increase as technology advances, with forecasts from IDC putting the market size at $72.8 billion by 2024.

VR Fun is the child company of Oryx Group; a firm that operates under the law and regulations of Dubai Multi Commodities Centre DMCC. Oryx Group is also the holding company for other companies that operate in real estate development and hospitality services. Oryx Group is 100% owned by the Group Chairman, an entrepreneur from the United Kingdom. Since 2008 he has established many multimillion USD startups in different sectors; his financial profile is accumulated from these successful startups and investments mainly in real estate.

Our platform includes access to all of our current and future AAA experiences developed exclusively for VR-FUN-,. Currently, we have 6 experiences, from jet simulation to skiing in white snow in the middle of the shopping mall, to racing in major world venues through our impressive VR technology.

Our Mission

Fun VR, is a virtual reality kiosk business setup that provides customers with a unique and exciting entertainment experience. Our kiosks are equipped with the latest VR technology, including headsets and complete simulators, to fully immerse customers in a variety of virtual worlds. Our simulators are certified for children use. Our kiosks are located in high-traffic areas, such as malls, arcades, and entertainment centres. We offer a variety of VR experiences, including games, simulations, and educational content.

VR Fun mission is to provide a futuristic safe and fun Virtual reality experiences for youngsters while they are accompanying their parents and guardians out for shopping. As shopping cannot be everyone’s cup of tea in the family so VR Fun will close this gap and allow the children to also enjoy the shopping moment while they are out with parents.
